Access Declaration
The web site has been created with the goal of achieving maximum content accessibility.
The web site uses CSS for the visual layout of web pages. Graphics design, layout and functionality conform with Regulation No. 64/2008 Coll. on publishing information related to the execution of public administration using webpages for persons with health problems, so-called order on accessibility, and requirements for so-called “blind friendly web.”
Videos and audio files presented on the portal do not provide a transcription of the text.
Another aim of the web site is compatibility with contemporary international standards for web access: WCAG 1.0 and Section 508 and supplemented with concepts and ideas from other national rules for accessible web content (http://www.w3c.org/WAI/Policy/ http://www.webaim.org/coordination/law/). The web fulfils the requirements of level AA.
All text is defined in relative units and can be easily enlarged or reduced using standard internet browser tools. CSS styles can likewise be turned off entirely.
The fact that not all internet users have permission to use JavaScript is taken into consideration in the navigational elements and CSS is used to the greatest possible extent.
HTML documents are created using the XHTML 1.0 Transitional structural standard.
